YOUTH SUMMER CAMP!
Summer Camp 2026
We're excited to launch our Summer Camp starting Monday, July 6th, running every Monday and Wednesday from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM until the end of August.
Designed to keep children active, engaged, and having fun while building/improving a new skill! our camp combines the discipline of boxing with a variety of mental and physical games. Participants will build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and fitness while enjoying a supportive environment with their peers.
All sessions are led by qualified coaches, assisted by our junior members, and supported by the Vancouver Fire Rescue Services (VFRS).
What to Expect
Warm-Up & Games – 20 minutes
Fun activities designed to get everyone moving and ready for the session.
Boxing Drills, Footwork & Coordination – 30 minutes
Learn boxing fundamentals while developing balance, agility, and coordination.
Peer-Coaching Pad Work – 10 minutes
Partner-based drills that encourage teamwork, communication, and skill development.
Water & Snack Break – 10 minutes
Healthy refreshments provided by VFRS and ABLF.
Stretch & Cool Down – 10 minutes
Recovery exercises to improve flexibility and promote good movement habits.
Mental & Physical Games – 30–40 minutes
Interactive challenges and team activities that develop problem-solving skills, fitness, and confidence.

For registration please fill in the form to the right. Once filled in you will receive an email confirmation with a youth waiver - this must be signed and sent prior to class or brought along to your child’s first class.
