Our Building basics & Beginner Boxing classes are a great place to start! Whatever your current level of physical fitness, our coaches can help you adapt drills and conditioning to fit your unique needs and skill level.

We have boxing gloves and pads available to borrow during class. You will need your own hand wraps, which can be purchased from the front desk for $15. We also strongly recommend bringing your own water bottle.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early before your first class so we have time to fill out a waiver and get your hands wrapped. Our classes start with a few rounds of skipping to get you warmed up, followed by partner drills and bag drills. Classes end with 5-10 minutes of traditional conditioning.

Yes, we have one shower. Please bring your own towel and toiletries.

Our progression classes are perfect for you! these classes were created to bridge the gap between beginner and intermediate. Begin to learn the basics of defence to add to your fundamentals!
