EASTSIDE JUNIORS

PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROGRAM WILL BE STARTING MID OCTOBER

Eastside Boxing Club’s Juniors Program provides children ages 7–12 with a safe, welcoming space to learn the fundamentals of boxing, stay active and build confidence. Classes develop fitness, coordination and healthy habits while teaching teamwork, discipline and goal-setting.

Who It’s for & when is it?

  • Youth ages 7–12

  • Classes run Mon/Wed/Fri 3.30-4.15pm (45min)

  • All experience levels welcome — no prior boxing experience required

  • Open to Juniors of all genders and backgrounds

What they will learn

  • Boxing fundamentals (stance, punches, footwork)

  • Conditioning and physical fitness

  • Focus, consistency, and self-confidence

  • Respect, teamwork, and peer-assisted learning

  • Fun, community & team-work!

What’s provided & what do I need?

  • We provide hand wraps, gloves, skipping ropes & other training materials you need

  • Please come in comfortable exercise appropriate clothing & shoes (if possible)

  • Please bring a water bottle

  • We provide snacks after youth programs and hot meals on Fridays

REGISTRATION

Our Junior class is only available for 13-19 yrs. For registration please fill out the below set up form and sign the attached Waiver email these to us at: INFO@EASTSIDEBOXINGCLUB.COM‍ ‍with the name and age of the junior interested in joining.

If you do not have access to digital signing/emails please come in with the Youth for their first class and we can do the forms here.

We ask all parents either stay within 5/10 minutes of the gym or in the space for end of class.

Kids will not be able to participate without a signed form.
