Looking for a team building activity for your business? Our Corporate Boxing Classes offer the perfect blend of physical activity, team bonding, and fun. Our coaches will design a class for your experience level and goals. Class is an hour long, can be up to 30 people and we provide equipment.

Private & personal training

Most of our coaches offer both private group sessions and personal training sessions. Our gym has both boxing and weight lifting equipment, making for a great all round work out. Share your goals with us and we’ll partner you with a great coach to achieve them.

    Rob is a previous Boxing Canada boxer & 3 x Boxing BC national champion. with over 100+ fights under his belt. His wealth of experience and loveable attitude makes him the perfect antidote to your wednesday & saturday mornings!

    LEAD COACH & GENERAL MANAGER

    Sarah has 8+ years experience competing across the UK, Europe and North America. After winning a national title back in 2021, and competing in tournaments across Europe. She decided to lean into coaching and got her official qualifications in 2021 and has been training clients & competitive boxers ever since.

    One of the newest to the Eastside coaching roster, the incredible talent Katy! Katy started her boxing journey at our very own Eastside Rumble and has been honing her technical skills ever since. Her brilliant communication, detailed knowledge & sense of humour makes her the perfect Tuesday night treat!
